Unable to pair the
washing machine
with a smartphone.
If the washing machine and the wireless LAN router are far apart, the signal
may be weak.
Please move the wireless LAN router closer to the washing machine or use a
repeater for the wireless LAN router.
Pairing can only be carried out with one device at a time.
Do not pair with more than one smartphone at the same time.
You can only pair up to 5 smartphones with your washing machine.
With the paired smartphones, delete the unwanted registrations from "Menu",
"Connection Settings", "Name settings", and "Check/delete registered users" in
the application.
When pairing the smartphone with the washing machine, after selecting the SSID
of the washing machine, the message "Your smartphone is not connected with the
router" may appear. In this case, the pairing may fail. You may be able to proceed
with pairing by doing the following:

If you see the "Your smartphone is not connected with the router" message,
select the router that you want to connect from Wi-Fi setting in your
smartphone.
If this is not the case, please turn off your washing machine, smartphone, and
wireless LAN router, wait a few moments and then turn them back on again.
Easy connection
fails.
If pairing fails without a " " mark in Step 1 to Step 2 on the application screen
display, please try pairing again, paying attention to the following information.
If you do not get a " " mark on Step 1

When you press the wireless connection button on the wireless LAN router,
make sure it is connected to the 2.4GHz band.
For the wireless LAN router’s status, when you press the wireless connection
button, please refer to the instruction manual of the wireless LAN router.

When you change the washing machine to pairing mode, make sure that
"Pr 1" is
fl
ashing.
If "Pr 1" is lit instead of
fl
ashing, press the "Remote" button on the washing
machine.

Make sure that your smartphone is connected to the wireless LAN router to
which the washing machine is connected.
On the App screen, check that the SSID of the wireless LAN router to which
your smartphone is connected is correct. If it is not, change the connection
point in the Wi-Fi settings of your smartphone.

After pressing the wireless connection button on the wireless LAN router
and changing the washing machine to pairing mode, check that the
(communication lamp)
