the Sprinkle Rinse does not occur for the first rinse operation,
instead water is collected to perform Normal Rinse operation.

Even when Water-Injection Rinse is selected, the first rinse
operation will always be Sprinkle Rinse (except during the
[FAVORITE] and [BLANKET] programs).
