Page 6: ...圓鋸上的把手 雙臂放置得能抵住回彈 力 身體處於圓鋸的任意一側而不對準鋸片 回彈會導致圓鋸的向後彈起 但如果採取了適當 的防備措施 回彈力可以受操作者的控制 b 當鋸片卡住 或因任何原因導致的鋸割中斷時 釋放開關扳機並握持圓鋸在材料中不移動 直到 鋸片完全停止 不得在鋸片處於運轉或可能發生 回彈情況下嘗試將圓鋸從工件中拿走或向後拉動 圓鋸 調查並採取正確的措施以消除鋸片卡住的原因 c 當在工件中重新起動圓鋸時 將鋸片對準切口並 檢查鋸齒是否插入材料 如果鋸片卡住了 工具重新起動時 鋸片會爬出 工件或從工件上回彈 d 支撐大型板料以減少鋸片受擠壓和回彈的危害 大型板料因自重向下垂 支撐物必須放置在板料 下麵的兩側 靠近切割線和板料邊緣都要放置 e 不得使用鈍的或破損的鋸片 沒有開鋒的或安裝不當的鋸片會形成窄小的鋸 痕 從而導致劇烈摩擦 鋸片卡住和回彈 f 鋸割之前 鋸割深度和傾角調節鎖定鈕必...

Page 8: ...一致 請與您購買電圓鋸的銷售店聯系 4 鋸片應妥加安裝 使鋸片的箭頭同鋸蓋上的箭頭 對準 5 盡量用手指擰緊固定鋸片的六角頭螺栓 然后壓 下鎖緊杆 鎖住主軸 並擰緊螺栓 注意 為避免可能發生的事故 鋸割后的鋸木剩余 部分栓住放妥 使用前調整電動工具 1 調整鋸割深度 如圖 2 所示 用一只手握住手柄 另一只手擰松 旋鈕 可以通過將底座移到所需的位置來調整鋸割深 度 以這種方式調整鋸割深度后重新擰緊旋鈕 2 調整傾斜角度 如圖 3 所示擰松斜規上的旋鈕和底座上的蝶形螺 栓 根據底座的情況 鋸片可能傾斜至 45 度的最 大角度 完成調整之后 確認旋鈕和蝶形螺栓是 否擰緊 3 調整導向器 擰松蝶形螺栓 將導向器左右移動 即可調整鋸 割位置 導向器可以安裝在左邊或右邊 4 平行度的微調 用平行度調整螺絲對底座側面與鋸齒的平行度進 行微調 出廠時已調整 但萬一平行度出現偏差 請按下 述方法進行調整 ...
