Restoring MAPS action settings of 16Gb FC switch module
To restore the MAPS action settings

Skip this step when the switch is 8Gb FC switch module or monitor mode
is Fabric mode.
Enter
mapsconfig --actions
followed by a space and MAPS action
settings separating with commas indicated by
mapsconfig --show
command before the replacement, and then press Enter key.
Enter
mapsconfig –-show
, and then press Enter key.
Confirm that displayed MAPS action settings are as same as the ones
before the replacement.
The MAPS action settings are RASLOG, SNMP, SW_CRITICAL,
SW_MARGINAL, and SFP_MARGINAL, at the maximum.
Backup/restore procedure
The configuration data of sever blade and management module is
automatically backed up to the local storages in the system.
The configuration data of switch module is NOT automatically backed up.
Hitachi strongly recommends that you should back up the data of the switch
module before starting replacement procedure.
