LP communication settings
Specify the port number to be used for communication between LPAR
manager and management module.
All LPAR managers in the server chassis use the same port number. You
cannot use a different port number for an individual LPAR manager.
Before you change the setting, make sure that all server blades for which
Logical partitioning is set to Enable.

Note:

To set port numbers, the firmware combination of all the server blades
whose Logical Partitioning is set to Enabled must be a combination that
supports this function. If the firmware combination does not support this
function, port numbers cannot be set.
Specifying LP communication settings
To specify LP communication settings, perform the operations described
below from the Web console.

LPAR manager supports name resolution by using a DNS. You can specify
some servers that link to LPAR manager by using host names.
