Dividing the Recorded Programme into Two
You can divide the programme from the scene you prefer.
1. Press
button, and the list of recorded programmes is displayed.
2. Select the programme by
button, and press
FUNCTION
button.
3. Select “Divide” by
button, and press
OK
button.
4 Select the picture you prefer to divide, and press
button.

5. Press
OK
button.
6. When the message appears, select “Continue” by
◄►
button, and press
OK
button.
The recorded programme will be divided into two from the picture paused in 5.
NOTE
• Whilst the message “Now dividing” appears, do not turn Off the Main Power switch, otherwise recorded
programmes in HDD may disappear.
• Divided place may move over depending on the scene.
• Programme can not be divided at the scene within 15 seconds from the beginning and from the end.
• 2 divided programmes have the same title.
• If divided just before the chapter point, thumbnail of that chapter point may not be displayed.
• If the number of recorded programmes is 999, programmes can not be divided.
Delete Lock (Protecting the programme not to be deleted)
You can lock the program not to be deleted.
1. Press
button, and the list of recorded programmes are displayed.
2. Select the programme by
button, and press
FUNCTION
button.
3. Select “Protect” by
button, and press
OK
button.
4. Select the programme which you want to lock by
button, and press
OK
button.
Delete lock icon appears on the list of selected programme. (See

)
To unlock, select the protected programme, and press
OK
button.
5. Select “Return” by
, and press
OK
button.

• Even the programme protected by Delete Lock will be deleted if HDD is formatted. (See
