The side of the refrigerator
becomes hot. Hot air comes from
the bottom of the refrigerator.

Hot air may come from the bottom of the refrigerator to exhaust the heat
generated when the cooling device operates. The temperature may rise to
50 – 60 ˚C immediately after installation or during summer.
It does not pose safety or performance problems, but avoid touching it.
Strange smell

This smell occurs because a lot of plastic parts are used in the refrigerator,but
the smell decreases gradually while cooling. This is not malfunction.
Ice smells
Do the water supply tank and / or water filter become dirty?
Or does ice become old?
Wash them regularly to prevent “ slime ” and / or “ fur ” .

It is caused by the electromagnetic radiation generated from this refrigerator.
Install the refrigerator away from the television, radio and interphone.
It is recommended to connect the power plug to the power outlet separated
from the antenna terminal.
There are thin hair lines on
the plastic parts.

Those lines are caused by the liquid resin flowing when plastic is molded.
Especially visible on transparent parts.
There is no issue with the quality and will not crack.
There are wavy and unevenness
on the door surface, the side and
the top surface of the refrigerator.

Slight wave and evenness are produced during the manufacturing process.
They are more visible under light source. There is no issue with the quality.
There is a small hole inside
the door.

The hole is used for air to escape during the heat insulation filling process
at production stage.This is not a fault.
* Some products have an adhesive seal to conceal the hole.
Please do not peel it off.
When closing the door, another door opens
Did you close the door vigorously?
As each compartment is connected by a cool air passage, another door
may momentarily open due to the wind pressure by closing a door.

Has the door been left opened for a long time?
It is because the air that has entered the refrigerator is suddenly cooled
and its pressure temporarily drops.
Do not leave the door open for a long time. Open and close frequently.
The electric supply failed.

Leave all the doors open to dry the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days.
Remove frost.

Any operation to remove frost is not required because the refrigerator
remove frost automatically. Thawed water is collected in the evaporating
tray and automatically evaporates.

Are there fruit flies around it?
Keep the environment clean. Use an insect trapper.
Is there any strong smelling food in the refrigerator?
