Electrical wiring

4.16.1. Wiring connections
caution
Static electricity. Malfunction.The electronic components within the System Controller are susceptible to damage

caused by static electricity. When handling the device:
Do not touch internal components.

Touch an earthed piece of metal to discharge static electricity from your body.

Incorret wiring. Electrical damage. A short circuit or incorrect installation will damage the system controller.

The terminal blocks

The terminal blocks (A, B and C) have the same terminals and are suitable for wires from 0.3 to 1.6mm
2
. The earth
connector block D is suitable for wires from 0.3 to 2.7mm
2

In some applications, there may be several input and output cables that cannot be connected directly within the
-
system controller terminal blocks. In such cases, it is recommended that a separate wiring centre is used, with
an appropriate cover as necessary.
Mains power supply – Terminal block B
•
The mains power connection (230VAC) is wired to connector block B, terminals 13 and 15. Terminal 13 and 14 are
internally connected.

Earth terminals – Terminal block d
•
The earth wires coming from the mains power cable and the pump, mixing valve, heat pump and boiler, can be combined
and connected to connector block D. All three terminals are internally connected.
