Temperature Too
High
The ink heating unit is too hot.

Supply Fan Fault
The cooling fan of the multi DC power
supply is abnormal.
After stopping the ink ejection, the unit
will be automatically shut down.

Charge Voltage Too
Low
The charging voltage supplied from the
high-voltage power supply unit to the
nozzle drive board EZJ142 is too low.

Charge Voltage
Fault
The charge voltage cannot be output
properly.

Check if there is any electrical short
circuit between the charge electrode
and other parts.
E-016 No Ink Drop Charge
The ink drop charge cannot be detected.
●
Make sure that the ink stream is
nearly at the center of the gutter.
●
Clean the gutter, deflection
electrode, and its surroundings.
●
Check the ink pressure.
