This VCR can store about 80 programs including blanks in memory.
There may be a difference of within about three minutes between the displayed recording
time and the actual time.
The recording data may not appear even with a tape recorded by this VCR. In this case,
perform the following:
A, Rewind the tape to the beginning and press the MENU button.
B, Rewind or fast forward the tape to the section which was recorded by this VCR, then press
MENU.
Interpreting the Directory
Tape No.:
Shows the tape control number
No. of Programs:
Shows the number of recorded programs on the tape
Tape Bar:
Shows the length of a recorded program and its
location
on
tape.
Recording Time:
Shows the actual recording time. If the tape speed
(EP/SP) is changed during recording, the recording
mode indicator is switched to "- -" and the recording
time in
the EP mode will be displayed.
Recording Channel/Recording Date/Recording Day of the Week/Recording Start
Time/Program Title:
If the broadcast program does not have a program
title signal,these will be displayed.
If the clock has not been set, "- - / - -" "- - : - -" will be displayed.
If you use a cable box to receive programs, the VCR's output channel is always displayed
whichever channel is recorded.
When a broadcast program with a program title signal is recorded, program title appears. If
the title is too long, all the title characters may not be displayed
Operating Guide:
Shows the button names and the operations that can be done when
the
directory
is
being
displayed.
Blank:
Shows the non-recorded section (time for which a new recording
can be
made).
Displays the time for which recording is possible in the
EP
speed
mode.
Program No.:
Shows the registered number of a recorded program. The selected
number is displayed, inverted (in black against a white
background).
