The StarBoard Software
file may be corrupt, or the
software installation may
not have been completed
correctly.
Uninstall and then reinstall the
StarBoard Software.

Switch the StarBoard power off and
then on again.
Restart Windows and the StarBoard
Software.
Check if the same problem arises when
using another electronic pen. If
operations are normal when using
another electronic pen, the original pen
is the problem.

Has the pen alignment been
performed correctly?
Perform the pen alignment correctly.

The tip of the Electronic
pen and pen cursor are not
aligned.

orientation?
Adjust the position of the StarBoard
and projector.
