Speed override
The action to change the operation speed during an operation.
(2)
Position override
The action to change the target position during an operation. There are three operation patterns depending on
the override timing.
(1)
When the target position is changed to a position further away during acceleration or
constant-speed operation
The operation continues with the same speed pattern, and completes the positioning at the new target
position.
(2)
When the target position is changed to a position further away during deceleration
After the override, the motor accelerates again from the position where the override was commanded
until it reaches the operation speed, and completes the positioning at the new target position.
(It will not accelerate until the operation speed if the remaining traveling distance is not enough)
(3)
When the new target position is passed, or when the position is changed to a point prior to the
initial target position during deceleration
The deceleration continues until it reaches the deceleration stop, then it reverses to complete the
positioning at the new target position.
