4. People's skin resistance varies; therefore the perception in
the strength of Dreamate's pulse wave varies too. Adjust
the output strength switch to comfortable level, as
depicted in picture III. (The output adjustable potentiom-
eter regulates the impulse strength, not the vibration.)
5. Every Dreamate operation lasts 30 minutes. Dreamate
powers off automatically. This helps in the event you fall
asleep during the process. After use, clean your wrist and
the black conductive rubber with a wet cloth, as shown in
picture IV. Place Dreamate in its box for storage.

2. Place Dreamate on your
left
wrist underside and align the
front edge of the device with the first horizontal line of
your wrist as picture I. Wear the Dreamate with suitable
tightness and allow the black conductive rubber contact
gently with your skin. (Wearing Dreamate too tightly may
affect blood circulation.)
3. Please check the output strength switch is at the minimum
position, and then press the POWER button for 4 seconds
until the LED comes on. Dreamate will initiate a "vibrating
message". Check the LED at the same time; if it shows a
flashing green, it is under normal operation. If it is
flashing red, one of two things may have happened:
I) A faster flashing red means battery is low, therefore
replace with new battery.
II) A regular flashing red means weak contact with your
skin. Adjust the wristband or moisten the black conductive
rubber before re-starting Dreamate, as shown in picture II.
