8.4 Heating installation
In order to protect the boiler from corrosion caused by the heating system return water with
temperature below the dew point, the heating system must be fitted with a thermal protection.
Failure to do so may result in loss of warranty!
The temperature of water returning to the boiler must be at least 65
o
C. It is a condition, that must be
strictly met in order to maintain your warranty and ensure proper boiler operation. For this purpose,
it is recommended to use the TV 65
o
C thermostatic valve.
For Holz Master boilers the correct temperature of water returning to the boiler is provided by the
hydraulic group with the TV thermostatic valve - see section 8.5. It is an assembly installed at the
rear wall of the boiler exchanger and is part of its equipment.
Use of the hydraulic group with the
TV thermostatic valve in the Holz Master boilers is mandatory!
The installation must be performed in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and the art
of building. During installation, follow the below installation diagrams - Fig. 7. You can also use
other systems, provided that they are hydraulically correct.
