The training will start at the lowest incline level and speed. During the training session the speed and
incline can be changed with the incline or speed keys or by the Rapid Shift Paddles in the hand rail. The
training session is finished when the set target value is reached. The computer will now automatically go
into cool down program. Press STOP if you want to cancel the cool down program.

There are 20 preset programs. The speed and incline will be automatically adjusted according to the
selected program. On the next page there is an overview of the speed and incline profiles of all the 20
preset programs. With the training program you can set your target time at a set distance and try to
finish within this set time. The computer will constantly update the estimated finishing time
depending on your current speed. Press program key and use the incline or speed keys to select
PROGRAM. Confirm by pressing the START key.
a)
Select one of the 20 preset programs by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the
enter key.
b)
Choose between time, distance or burned calories to set as one of target values by pressing ENTER
key.
c)
Set the chosen target value by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the START key.
During the training session the speed and incline level of the current segment can be changed with the
incline or speed keys or by the Rapid Shift Paddles in the hand rail. The training is finished the set target
value is reached. The computer will now automatically go into cool down program. Press STOP if you want
to cancel the cool down program.

Low Speed
With Low Speed program, you can switch unit of distance from KM to M (this program in special for old
person, the highest speed in this program is 4km/h). Press program key or use the ncline/ speed keys to
select MANUAL . Confirm by pressing Enter key

Set the chosen target value by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confrm by pressing Start key,
then the unit of distance will be shown as M

User program
You are able to create and save four (U1-U4) programs. Each program is divided into 16 segments. For each segment
the Speed and Incline level can be set. Select the USER program in the main menu by pressing the incline or speed
keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key.
Create a new program:
a)
Select one of the four user programs to edit our creation by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by
pressing the enter key.
b)
Set the desired training duration by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key.
c)
Now you are able to set the speed and incline level of all segments. The selected segment will flash and
the speed window will show SPEED. Set the desired speed for this segment by pressing the speed keys.
Confirm and move to the next segment by pressing the enter key. Repeat this step for all segments.
d)
After setting the speed for all segments. The display will now flash the first segment again. Now the
bottom M window shows INCLINE and you are able to set the incline level of all segments by pressing the
incline keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key.
e)
After all segments are set to your linking, press START to start the training session. The program will be
saved automatically.
