HRC - Target Hart Rate THR
With the HRC and THR program you can excise using your heart rate. The treadmill computer will automatically
and gradually change the incline and speed to maintain the set heart rate. The heart rate can be set at 60% or
80% of your calculated maximum heart rate (HRC). You are also able to set your own target heart rate (THR).
With the training program you can set your target time at a set distance and try to finish within this set time.
The computer will constantly update the estimated finishing time depending on your current speed. Press
program key and use the incline or speed keys to select the HRC program. Confirm by pressing the enter key.
Training at 60% or 80% of your maximum heart rate:
1.
Select “HRC 60 PCT” or “HRC 80 PCT” by pressing the incline
or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key.

Set the desired training duration by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key.
3.
The computer now shows the calculated target heart rate, press START to start the training session.
Target Heart rate
1.
Select “THR 133” by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key.
2.
Set the desired training duration by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key.
3.
Set the desired target heart rate (default 133 BPM) by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing
the enter key.
4.
Press START to start the training session.
The heart rate can be measured by holding the hand pulse sensor during the complete training excise. The
computer will calculate your maximum heart rate according to the settings entered in your user profile. The
training is finished when the set time has elapsed. The computer will now automatically go into cool down
program. Press STOP if you want to cancel the cool down program.
Body Fat Test
With the body fat test you can measure your body fat percentage. Press program key and use the incline or speed
keys to select the FAT program.
1.
Press the enter key to start the body fat test. Place both hands on the hand pulse sensors. The computer will
start its measurement.

After a few seconds your fat percentage will appear on the pulse window and the result will be in the bottom
M window:
< 19 : UNDER WEIGHT ; 12 - 25 : NORMAL WEIGHT; 26 - 39 : OVER WEIGHT ; 30 > : OBESITY
TRAINING
With the training program you can set your target time at a set distance and try to finish within this set time .
The computer will constantly update the estimated finishing time depending on your current speed. Press
program key and use the incline or speed keys to select the TRAINING program. Confirm by pressing the enter
key. Set your target time by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key. Set the
desired running distance by pressing the incline or speed keys. Confirm by pressing the enter key. Press START
to start the training session.
During the training the program the LED window will show your current pace in Minutes / Kilometer (M/L). And
shows the expected finishing time calculated on your current speed and pace. The time window on top will
show the elapsed time. The distance window will show the remaining distance.
During the training session the speed and incline can be changed with the incline or speed keys or by the Rapid
Shift Paddles in the hand rail. The training session is finished when the set distance is reached. The computer
will now show your result: Better than target pace, achieved the target pace or slower than the target pace.
