IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Thi s product has been designed for home use only a nd built for optimum safety. Pl ease note the following safety precautions:
1.
Before sta rting any exercise progra m you should consul t your doctor to determine if you ha ve any physical or heal th condi tion s that
could crea te a risk to your heal th and safety, or prevent you from using the equipment properl y. Your doctor's advi ce is esse ntial if you
a re ta king medi cation that affects your hea rt rate, blood pressure or choles terol level . This is especiall y important for persons over
the a ge of 35, pregnant women, or those wi th pre-existing health problems or balance impairments.

Before using this equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
3.
Be awa re of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can da mage your health. Stop exercising i f you experience a ny of the
following s ymptoms: pain, tightness in your ches t, i rregula r hea rtbea t, extreme shortness of breath, feeling light headed, di zzy or
nauseous. If you do experience any of these conditi ons you should consult your doctor before continuing wi th exercise progra m.
Injuries to health may result from incorrect or excessive tra ining.

Duri ng exercises a nd a fter keep children and pets a way from the equipment.
5.
Us e the equipment on a s olid, flat level s urface with a protective cover for your floor or ca rpet. Move a ll sharp objects.
6.
Free a rea shall be not less than 0,6 m grea ter than the training
a rea in the directi ons from whi ch the equipment is a ccessed.
Free a rea mus t also include the a rea for emergency dismount.
Where equipment is positioned adja cent to ea ch other the value
of the free a rea may be shared.
7.
Before ea ch use, visuall y inspect the uni t including ha rdwa re and
res istance bends.
8.
Before using the equipment, check if the nuts , bol ts and other
bends are securely ti ghtened.
9.
Alwa ys use the equipment as indi cated. If you find any defecti ve
components whilst assembling or checking the equi pment, or if
you hea r any unusual noise comi ng from the equipment while
using, stop. Do not use the equipment until the problem has
been rectified.
10.
Do not i nsert any object into any openings.
11.
Be a ware of all regulation a nd constructions parts which may disturb during exercises.
12.
The s afety l evel of the equipment ca n only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage a nd/or wear a nd tear.
13.
Wea r sui table clothing whilst using the equipment. Avoid wea ring loose clothing whi ch ma y get caught in the equipment or tha t may
res tri ct or prevent movement.
14.
The equipment has been tested a nd certified according to EN ISO 20957-1 under class H. It is not s uitable for therapeutic use.
15.
Ca re mus t be taken when lifti ng or movi ng the equipment so as not to injure your ba ck. Alwa ys use proper li fting techniques and/or
us e assistance.
16.
The equipment is designed for adult use only. Keep unsupervised children a way from the equipment.
17.
As s emble this unit as described in this manual. Us e only parts from the set. Check a ll parts with the part l ist.

MAINTENANCE
Your uni t has been carefully designed to require minimum maintenance. To ensure this, we recommend that you do the following:
- Keep your unit clean by wiping sweat, dust or other residue off with a soft, cl ean cloth after each use
- Al wa ys make sure that the bands are s ecure a nd s how no s igns of wear
- Regularly check the ti ghtness of nuts a nd bolts
BREAKING
Stop to pedal when you want s top the i tem. Elliptical bike H0103 does not acquire breaking s ystem or emergency break.
