GUARANTEE TERMS
GUARANTEE CARD
1.
The Seller provides guarantee on behalf of the Guarantor withi n the terri tory of the Republ i c of Pol a nd for the peri od of 24
months from the da te of s a l e .
2.
The Gua ra ntee wi l l be recogni s ed by the s hop or s ervi ce centre a fter the cl i ent provi des :
- cl ea rly a nd correctly filled-in guarantee ca rd wi th the sale stamp and the
s eller’s signature - va lid purchase confirmation for the equipment including
the da te of sale / bill / - complained product.
3.
Pos s ible defects a nd damages revealed during the guarantee period s hall be remedied free of cha rge wi thi n not more tha n 21
da ys from the del i very of the product to the s hop or s ervi ce.
4.
Should it be necessary to i mport some components, the guarantee term can be extended by th e period required to i mport s uch
pa rt, however s uch peri od s ha l l not be l onger tha n 40 da ys .
5.
The gua ra ntee does not cover:
-
mecha ni ca l da ma ges a nd s ubs equent defects ,
-
da mages and defects resulting from i ncorrect storage and usage of the equipment a gainst its purpose,- incorrect a s s embl y a nd
ma i ntena nce,
-
da mages and consumption of s uch elements a s: ca bl es , s tra ps , rubber pa rts , peda l s , s ponge gri ps , wheel s , bea ri ngs , etc.
6. The gua rantee expires in the event of:
-
expi ry of the va l i di ty term,
-
s el f-repa i rs ,
-
fa i l ure to fol l ow the rul es of correct opera ti on.
7.
No dupl i ca tes of the gua ra ntee ca rds s ha l l be i s s ued.
8.
The product handed over for repair s hould be complete and clean. If some parts are missing, the s ervice is enti tl ed to refus e to
a ccept the product for repair. The s ervice may refuse to accept a dirty product or cl ean in on the cl i ent’s expens e a fter the cl i ent’s
wri tten permi t.
9.
The gua rantee does not cover activities related to a ssembly, maintenance, which, according to the instruction, the user i s obliged
to perform thems el ves .
10.
The Gua ra ntor a l s o i nforms tha t they offer pos t-gua ra ntee s ervi ce.
11.
The product s houl d be provi ded i n i ts ori gi na l pa cka gi ng a nd s houl d be s ecured for s hi pment.
The guarantee for sold goods is not exclusive, does not limit or suspend entitlements of the buyer resulting from the non-compliance of the product with
the agreement.
