Assembly:
Preparation
1) Before assembling make sure that you have enough space for assembling the item
2) Before assembling please check whether all needed parts are available(at the above of this instruction on sheet you will
find an explosion drawing with all single parts marked with numbers)which this item consists of.
3) Use the present tooling for assembling.
Assembly process
1. Attach rear stabilizer
Attach the rear stabilizer

with adjustable end caps

to rear curve bracket of main frame

using two carriage bolts

, two curve washers

two spring washers

and two cap nuts

.
NOTE:
you can use the adjustable end caps

to level the bike.
2. Attach front stabilizer
Attach the front stabilizer

with two transportation wheel caps

to front curve bracket of main frame
(24)
, using two carriage bolts

,
two curve washers
(18)
, two spring washers
(17)
and two cap nuts
(21).
NOTE
: Make sure you fasten the bolts securely to avoid shaking
and discomfort when cycling.
3. Attach the seat and seat post
Remove the pre-assembled three flat washers

and three nylon nuts
(30)
from seat

Attach the three poles of seat
(29)
to the three screw holes of top seat
bracket of seat post

and tighten
with
three flat washers
(31)
and three nylon nuts
(30)
well.
Insert seat post
(28)
with seat assembly to seat post mounting tube
of main frame

and secure in position with the seat post quick
release

After finish, please loose quick release knob
(27)
for 3 more circle
with counterclockwise and pull pin of quick release to choose
the desired hole of seat post and tighten with clockwise.
You can move the seat post up and down to choose desired position.
NOTE
: Make sure you fasten the bolts securely to avoid shaking
and discomfort when cycling.
