4. Attach the front post
Remove the pre-assembled four allen head bolts

and four curve washers

from front post mounting tube of main frame

Slide front post nose cone

to up of front post

NOTE:
The slide direction is from end front post.
Connect the plug of upper system cable

to the socket of bottom section system cable

Put front post
(10)
to front post mounting tube of main frame
(24)
and secure, using previous removed four
allen head bolts

, four spring washers

and four curve washers
(18)
.
After finish, pull front post nose cone

back to end of front post

NOTE:
Be careful to avoid pinching the wires and cables.
5. Attach handlebar
Please open hardware blister card and take
three curve washer

three spring washer
(17)
and three allen head bolts

from it.
Attach the welded bracket of handlebar

with
hand pulse sensor plates

assembly to upper
three screw hole of front post

and secure
with three curve
washers
(18),
three spring washers

and three allen head bolts

NOTE:
Be careful to avoid pinching the wires and

6. Attach monitor
Remove pre-assembled four cross head bolts

from the monitor

Connect the plug of upper section system
cable

to the socket of top extention system
cable which comes from monitor

Press the connected system cable
(9/7)
into the
hole of monitor bracket of front post
(10)
.
Attach monitor
(7)
to top welded monitor bracket
of front post
(10)
and tighten
with four screws

.
Insert the plug of hand pulse sensor wire

to the
jack of the monitor
