troubleshootinG Guide

Quad-Copter is Unresponsive:

• LiPo battery depleted - Charge LiPo battery (Page 7)
• Quad-Copter is out of control range - Move closer to Quad-Copter
• Transmitter batteries depleted - Install new transmitter batteries (Page 8)
• Damaged electronic component - Contact Customer Service Center (Page 2)

Quad-Copter Will Not Take Photos or Shoot Video:

• Memory card not installed in Quad-Copter - Install memory card into Quad-Copter (Page 14)
• Quad-Copter not turned ON and armed - Quad-Copter must be turned ON and the ESC armed 

for the camera system to operate (Page 8)

• Damaged electronic component - Contact Customer Service Center (Page 2)

Transmitter Beeps Continuously:

• Low Voltage Alarm is sounding - Install new transmitter batteries (Page 6)

Transmitter LCD Screen Backlight is OFF:

• Transmitter LCD screen blue backlight turned OFF - This is normal. The LCD screen backlight 

will turn OFF automatically if the left control stick (throttle) is pulled all the way back and there 

is no control input after approximately 30 seconds. Moving the left control stick up will turn the 

LCD screen backlight on again.
