Please provide controller failure photos or videos and the serial ID of the controllers to the distributor or manufacturer.
The following situations don’t belong to the quality warranty:

Installation environment not meet the conditions of using.
4.
Product be repaired or disassembled without our authorization.
The following situations out of free warranty, the specific charges depends on the device conditions (material cost extra):
