sponge and a mild cleaning agent (e.g. unconcentrated dish liquid). After cleaning the
chamber, rinse it with clean water and let the frother jug dry.
The lid, the mixer and the frothing spring can be cleaned manually under running water
with a mild cleaning agent. After washing, leave it to dry.
10. TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of any problems with the device, please refer to the following tips.
The device has no user-serviceable parts.
The device does
not switch on
Check it the plug or power cord are damaged.
Check if the connection between the plug and power supply is
correct.
Check if the electrical outlet is damaged - select another one.
Check if the device is firmly situated in the base.
The milk does not
foam.
Check if there is a frothing spring on the mixer.
Make sure the jug has enough milk in it.
The device turns
off to fast.
Make sure the frother chamber is filled.
Make sure the foamed milked has been replaced with a fresh
one.
The frother might have overheated. Rinse its surface with cold
water.
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
If you are not going to use the device for a long time, after disconnecting it from the
power supply, cooling and cleaning its components, store it in a dry room away from
heat and moisture sources. It is best to place the device in its original packaging, out
of reach of children and pets.
TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
It is recommended to transport the device in its original packaging. Do not expose the
unit to excessive vibration or shock during transportation. If you need to move the
appliance while it is in use, do so only after it has been switched off and cooled down,
holding on to the handle. Do not expose the device to high temperatures or moisture.
