Step 2: Use the spatula to scrap the chocolate from the walls. Melt for 2
minutes 39 seconds, speed 1, 50°C.
Step 3: If the chocolate is not melted, scrap using the spatula again and melt
for 1 minute 30 seconds, speed 1, 50°C.

WHIPPED EGG WHITES
1. Add 4 eggs, a pinch of salt
Step 1: Install the stirrer (butterfly).
Step 2: Pour the whites into the bowl. Whip for 4 minutes, speed 4. After 2
minutes, add a pinch of salt through the opening in the lid.
Tip:
To make the whipped eggs stiff, the bowl and the butterfly must be
degreased, clean, and cool.

EGG BOILING
1. Add 2 eggs
Step 1: Pour 500 g of water into the bowl.
Step 2: Put the eggs into the basket, boil at 120°C, speed 1. Set the time to the
required hardness: 9 minutes – soft-boiled egg, 14 minutes – hard-boiled egg.

PASTA COOKING
1. Add 1 ½ tsp salt, 400 g pasta, 1 tbsp oil
Step 1: Pour 1500 g of water into the bowl. Add 1 and ½ tsp salt. Cook for 10
minutes, speed 1, temperature 100°C.
Step 2: Add the pasta through the opening in the lid. Add 1 tsp of oil. Close the
lid with the measuring cup. Cook at 100°C, speed 1. Set the time in accordance
with the instructions on the packaging.
