ICE COOKING
1. Add 200 g rice, 1 tsp salt, approx. 2000 g water
Step 1: Put the rice into the basket and put the basket into the device. Sprinkle
with 1 tsp of salt. Add water so that its level is 1 cm above the rice. Cook the
rice for 30 minutes, speed 1, temperature 100°C.
After 15 minutes, stir the rice with the spatula.
Tip:
The rice’s cooking time may differ depending on its type. Adjust the
cooking time to the one indicated on the packaging.

1. Add 800 g potatoes, 1 tsp salt,
Step 1: Peel the potatoes, cut into smaller pieces. Place in the basket. Insert
into the device. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of salt. Add water so that its level is 1 cm
above the potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes, speed 1, temperature 120°C.
