MENU shortened version
Caution! The following steps for recipes in the shortened MENU are for the
user’s informational purposes only. You do not have to change any settings.
The steps are stored in the device, they change automatically.
A) JAM
1. Fruit: add 500 g of selected fruit for the jam.
Step 1: Operation time: 15 seconds, speed: 6. Once this step is started, you
may increase the operation time when the device is working.
Step 2: Stop for 2 seconds – pause.
Step 3: Operation time: 10 minutes, speed: 1, target temperature 100°C.
Tips:
5 seconds before the operation ends, a beep will be heard. Then the
device will switch to the standby mode.
B) STEAMING
1. Add broth or water: 500-600 ml
Step 1: Operation time: 17 minutes, speed: 1, target temperature: 120°C.
Tips:
The time may be reset before and during the device operation, if
necessary. 5 seconds before the operation ends, a beep will be heard. Then
the device will switch to the standby mode.
C) SOUP
1. Add 400 g vegetables, 500 ml water
Step 1: Reverse rotations, speed: 1, operation time: 20 minutes, target
temperature: 100°C
Step 2: Pause for 2 seconds.
Step 3: Operation time: 2 minutes, speed: 5, target temperature: 100°C
Step 4: Pause for 2 seconds.
Step 5: Operation time: 8 minutes, speed: 4, target temperature: 100°C
Tips:

device will switch to the standby mode.
D) DOUGH KNEADING, UP TO 800 g
G) Add flour: 500 g, water: 285 g, sugar: 10 g, butter: 10 g, salt: 10 g, dry
yeast: 15 g.
Step 1: Operation time: 30 seconds, speed: 4.
Step 2: Pause for 3 seconds.
Step 3: Reverse rotations, speed: 3, operation time: 25 seconds.
