10. STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Before you contact a customer service centre, check the following list of most frequent
problems:

- coffee ground too finely

- the appliance has not been
connected to the power source
or has not been turned on
- coffee in the filter has been
tamped too much

Coffee leaking from
the portafilter
- portafilter not installed

- install the portafilter correctly
- remove some coffee from
the portafilter
Milk will not come
out or is not frothed
- too little milk or water
- milk is not cool enough
- clogged hose
- add some milk or water
- chill the milk
- clean the hose
Appliance will not
turn on
- appliance has not been
connected properly to the
mains
- if the appliance has been
connected properly and it
still does not work, submit
a complaint - see section

out too fast
