The device
is not being
charged
Make sure that the device is correctly connected to
a power source.
Make sure that it is connected to a power source.
Check whether the rated voltage on the device
matches the voltage parameters of the local power
source.
If the suggestions above are not helpful and the
device is not being charged, contact your dealer.
The device
does not work
Make sure that the device is turned on.
The battery may be fully discharged. To remedy this,
recharge the device.
Make sure that the device is not currently being
charged.
Skin
becomes
itchy and
irritated
Slight skin redness may occur immediately
after treatment, which is a normal reaction.
Your skin may feel hot and tingling during
use. Such a reaction should pass within a few
minutes after the end of the treatment.
If the skin reaction persists for over 24 hours
after use, consult a doctor to rule out or treat
any potential eye and skin problems.
