Correct and regular cleaning will improve the safety and
extend the lifespan of the product.
Caution!
Before cleaning or maintenance, turn
the device off, unplug it and leave it to cool down
(if necessary) to avoid any risk of electric shock
or burn.

Before use, make sure that the device is turned off
and it is disconnected from the power source.
2. Clean the device after every use.
3. Do not clean the device with corrosive or abrasive
cleaning agents.
4. Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.
5. Clean the product with an alcohol swab or a damp
cloth, then wipe dry.
8. CLEANING AND CARE
The device
becomes
excessively
hot
It is normal for the device to get quite warm,
as it needs to do so to function. However,
should the body of the device become too hot
to handle, turn off the product and contact
your dealer.
During
the warm
compress
phase, your
eyelid gets
too hot
Each person’s skin reacts differently.
If the perceived temperature is too high, you
can pull the device away from the skin and
apply it intermittently, or stop using the warm
compress function altogether.
