This device has been designed, manufactured and marketed in accordance with the 
requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the Electromagnetic Compatibility 
Directive. Therefore, the product has been marked with the CE mark and a declaration of 
conformity has been issued for it, which is made available to market regulators.

In order to claim a product, you must 

deliver the product to the Customer Service

1. The Warrantor of this product grants a 24-month warranty valid from 

the purchase date. Should you find any defect, submit a complaint at 

the place of purchase. 

2. A defective/damaged product is a product which fails to fulfill the 

functions described in the user manual due to an intrinsic property of 

the device. 

3. The Beneficiary under the warranty shall deliver the device to the 

Customer Service Point at a given store in order to submit a complaint 

about the device. When exercising your warranty rights, present proof 

of purchase (receipt, invoice) and describe the defect in as much detail 

as possible, including in particular its external manifestations. 

4. The warranty does not cover products with mechanical damage that 

occurred through no fault of the manufacturer or distributor, and in 

particular, damage that occurred due to incorrect use or as a result of 

force majeure.
