In case of need, place some soap with water on the interested part to better see where the leaking is coming
from.
TO CHECK THE FITTING AIR LEAKING
Position the cylinder where it leaks air.
Check if the leaking is in between the fitting and the cylinder flange.

TO CHECK THE CYLINDER WHEN THE AUTOMATIC TOOL WILL NOT LIFT THE TIRE BEAD
Position the cylinder where it leaks air.
Disconnect the air pipe where there is not any air pressure.
If the air is getting out from the fitting, the
tool cylinder
is leaking air.
If the air is getting out from the fitting, the
control valve
is leaking
air.
TO REPLACE THE CYLINDER:
Disconnect the air pressure and the power supply.
Disconnect the air pipes from the cylinder.
Disconnect the automatic tool cylinder from the its bracket and from the tool.
Mount the new cylinder to upper bracket.
Connect the air pipes to the cylinder.
Plug the machine to the air pressure and power supply.
Connect the automatic tool cylinder to the tool.
Perform the adjustment of the connection automatic tool – cylinder following par. 7.2.
