Setting Parameters
7.8 Weights Use Monitoring
The function requires a USB support to save the data
and display the time statistics.
This support must be initialised with a service code
(C125) (a technician’s intervention is necessary the
first time).
Once initialised, the USB support must be permanently
left inserted in the wheel balancer.
The data are displayed on the screen or with pre-
configured printouts in the machine SW.
Once these operations have been carried out, the
function can be activated in the Setting Screen.
The
WEIGHT TRACKING
function is available in
BALANCE WITH RUNOUT
and
BALANCE
modes and
is for saving data relative to wheel imbalances, or the
weight mode and the weights indicated for balancing.
Saves the data acquired at the first run, after clamping
the wheel on the balancer shaft (Power Clamp
activation).
This data is effectively acquired in the memory at the
moment when the wheel is released.
This function shows the count of all balancing
weights used up to that moment and provides a
printed report on the following options:
Weights Used in Grams, from the date of function
installation.
Weights Used in Ounces, from the date of
function installation.
Weights Used in Grams, from the date of user
zeroing of the Weight Tracking Counter.
Weights Used in Ounces, from the date of user
zeroing of the Weight Tracking Counter.
To enable the function access the “SETTINGS”
screen and select the following:
“

/

set

”.
The Weight Tracking screen page is retrieved from the
