Warning
To avoid electric shock or injury:
- Use this tester strictly in accordance with this manual, otherwise it may affect the protective function provided by the tester.
- If the power indicator is not on, do not use it.
- Before use, test on the power supply to ensure that the product is in good condition.
- Before using this tester, even if there is no audible or light alarm, voltage may still exist. The tester only indicates the correct voltage
if the AC voltage generates an electrostatic fi eld of suffi cient intensity. If the electric fi eld strength is very low, the tester may not
detect it.
- The tester may be affected by the following factors:
Shielded wires/cables, thickness and type of insulation layer, distance from the voltage source, complete insulation layer, difference
in socket construction, etc.
- If the tester is damaged or does not work normally, do not use it. Before use, especially check that the probe is not cracked or broken.
If you suspect a problem, send the tester to the service.
- Do not apply a voltage exceeding the rated voltage indicated on the tester.
- Be careful when testing voltages above 36 V AC to avoid electric shock.
