Measurement
The laser level allows you to mark out the following lines:
• horizontal and vertical crosses,
• vertical sideline,
• horizontal and vertical cross lines as well as lateral vertical lines.
Self-levelling
To start the laser level in self-levelling mode, push the ON/OFF button to the ON position. The LASER CONTROL button is then used to
activate the vertical and horizontal cross beams of the laser. Pressing the button again activates the vertical side beam. Another press
of the button activates the vertical and horizontal cross beams and the lateral vertical laser beam. To turn them off, press the LASER
CONTROL button again. In this mode the laser beam levels itself within a range of up to 3.5°. Avoid tilting the laser level more than 3.5°
vertically and horizontally in self-levelling mode. Exceeding this range will be signalled by flashing laser beams.
To switch the level off, move the ON/OFF button to the OFF position. The product should also be stored and transported in this position.
Non self-levelling mode
To start the laser level in non self-levelling mode, push the ON/OFF button to the OFF position. Then hold down the LASER CONTROL
button for 3 seconds. A vertical and horizontal crossed laser beam will be activated. Pressing the button again activates the vertical
side beam. Another press of the button activates the vertical and horizontal cross beams and the lateral vertical laser beam. To switch
them off, move the ON/OFF button to the ON position and then back to the OFF position.
Working with a tripod
The laser level has a ¼" (F) thread underneath, allowing you to screw on the bracket that comes with the product or a tripod, which is
available separately. Screw the level onto the holder/stand until you feel the resistance. Place it firmly on the ground to prevent from
tipping over during operation.

5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. Battery replacement
Replace the batteries if you notice a weakening of the laser beam power. To do this, open the cover and pull out the used batteries.
Insert new 2xAA 1.5V batteries in their place. Ensure correct polarity. Do not use mixed used and new batteries. Batteries should be
replaced in whole batches. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations for such waste.
5.2. Maintenance and storage
If necessary, use a soft cloth to wipe off the surface of the unit. Do not use organic solvents or abrasives that may cause corrosion or
dissolution of the housing. Do not immerse the device in water. Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated and shaded place away from
children and unauthorised persons. Keep the unit switched off, in the OFF position. For long-term storage, remove the batteries.
