Tilt Adjustment Knob not
tightened properly.

Tighten Tilt Adjustment Knob by turning
it clockwise after Fan Head is in desired
position.

Fan will not operate even
though I am turning on the
fan with the Speed Control
Knob.

Fan is not plugged in.

Plug the power cord into a 120 V AC
Outlet. Be sure the Speed Control Knob
is in the off position prior to plugging
in the fan.
