After the omelettes are ready, carefully remove them by using an oven
mitt and a heat resistant wood or plastic spatula. Do NOT use metal
utensils because they can scratch or damage the surface.

batch, using an oven mitt close the lid to maintain heat and then place
the next batch when red light turns off. Note: Cooking time may vary
