ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
For making homemade sausage
assemble the grinding head as shown
in the picture below.
• Fit the feed tray and insert the pusher.
• Plug the appliance into the electrical socket. The appliance is ready for use.
For making kubbe
assemble the grinding head as shown in the picture below.
Fit the feed screw on the washer included in the set and insert it into the grinding head. Fit a cutting
blade and a large cutting plate on the feed screw, and then fit the sausage nozzle (as shown in the
picture). Then tighten the fixing ring, but without over tightening it
• At the end of the operation, turn the speed switch counterclockwise to the «0» position.
• Cut the meat into pieces (approximately 10 cm long and 2x2 cm in cross section). Remove bones,
cartilage, casings and tendons. Do not use frozen hard meat for processing. To get the minced meat of
the appropriate taste, add the necessary ingredients (salt, spices, bread, etc.).
Sausage casings (beef, lamb, washed intestines and etc.) are kept in warm water for 30 minutes to
make them so er and smoother. Then the casing put on the sausage nozzle.
Meat grinder: Operation
• Insert food in small portions into the loading hole of the grinding head, pushing it with the meat
grinder pusher.
Fit the feed screw on the washer included in the set and insert it into the grinding head. Fit the kubbe
nozzle which consists of two parts, on the feed screw (as shown in the picture). Then tighten the fixing
ring, but without over tightening it
• Put a small amount of meat on the feed tray.
Homemade sausage making tips
• Turn the speed switch clockwise to the desired level.
• Unplug the appliance from the mains supply.

• Fit the main sha on the body of the food processor.
Make sure that the casings for sausages are not filled too densely, because during the subsequent heat
treatment the sausage expands and the casing can burst.
