The following steps are to be carried out twice a year:
1.
Please contact us for details on where the UV lamp is to be
installed. Then remove the corresponding profile boards by
removing the screws with a screwdriver
2.
Disconnect the cable (see D in
Figure 28
) from the lamp
3.
Using a slotted screwdriver, click the black fastening clip (see H in
Figure
28
) loose from the screw ring (see E in
Figure 28
)
4.
Loosen the screw ring (see E in
Figure 28
) and remove the special lamp (see
A in
Figure 28
) from the quartz glass; replace the special lamp (see A in
Figure 28
) if necessary.
Caution is advised as the special lamp is a
very sensitive component
5.
Using a large flat-bladed screwdriver or similar, carefully prise out the quartz
glass (see B and step in
Figure 28
) (see figure on the right)
6.
Clean the quartz glass using a suitable cleaning agent. Always
use a soft cloth to clean the quartz glass to avoid scratches
7.
When reinserting the quartz glass into the housing, make sure that the
sealing rings (see G in
Figure 28
) and the flat O-ring (see I in
Figure 28
)
are in the correct position

8.
Carefully reinsert the lamp (a new one if necessary) into the
housing.
Screw the screw ring (see E in
Figure 28
) back onto the housing.
The lamp only fits into the quartz glass in one way
9.
Insert the end of the cable (see D in
Figure 28
) into the upper part of
the special lamp (see A in
Figure 28
)
10.
Reattach the UV lamp to its designated position
11.
The profile boards are to be fixed again in the position provided for them.
8.3.3.2
Hot Tub Clean Care detergent
The manufacturer recommends a re-dosing of the Hot Tub Clean Care detergent of 35 to 65
ml (180 hot tub / "OPAL") and 40 to 75 ml (200 hot tub), once a week. To do this, simply tip the
detergent into the water in the tub.

Risk of toxic or harmful cleaning products!
Make sure that the chemical care products
you use when maintaining the hot tub are kept out of the reach of children. These may
be toxic. The safety data sheets must be followed. In case of swallowing, contact the
National Poisons Information Service (NPIS) immediately and follow their instructions.
