BS712TURN-G
The BS712TURN-G is equipped with a gearbox
that allows the saw blade speed to be changed
quickly.
A total of three speeds can be selected, 39m/min,
55m/min and 67m/min.
You can place the position pin (2) of the selection
lever (1) in different holes to change the speed of
the saw blade.
NOTICE
Change speed only while the
machine is running.

Performing a cut
1.
lift the saw arm to the maximum height to release the
spring. Close the ON/OFF valve (2) and feed control (1)
to hold the arm in position.
2.
adjust the spring preload with screw (3) so that the
spring is just not preloaded.

Note: When the spring preload is increased, the cutting
pressure is reduced.
4.
Note: The spring preload adjustment is a presetting and
may need to be readjusted.

clamping the workpiece
6.
open the on/off valve (2) and position the saw blade a
few mm above the workpiece by slightly opening the feed
rate valve (1).
7.
then close the valve again to hold the saw arm in
position.
8.
check if selected cutting speed is suitable
or adjust if necessary.

starting the machine

start coolant pump
11.
adjust the coolant amount using the adjusting valve (4).
12.
open valves (2) and slowly open the feed rate valve (1)
and let the saw cut at an appropriate feed rate.
13.
when the cut is complete (lower position reached), the
machine switches off automatically by the limit switch.
14.
The cutting process can also be stopped by pressing the
OFF button
