Safety instructions 

Warning labels and / or stickers on the machine that are illegible or removed shall be 

replaced immediately! 
On the device there are only few of them serviceable components. It is not necessary to 

dismantle the machine. 
Have repairs carried out only by an expert! 
Accessories: Only use of HOLZMANN Accessories! 
If you have any questions or problems, our customer support department.

ATTENTION:

 Operate machine ONLY with filled granules in the tank !

Operating 

11.2.1

Heater (furnace) ON / OFF 

The unit and the heater / furnace , turn the key (15) 

˝I˝ ON

 and 

˝O˝ OFF. 

11.2.2

Setting the temperature 

The glue temperature can be set on the display as follows: 



Press 

MODE

 button and the flash of the nominal value display (below) can increase the 

temperature with the 

˝RAISE˝

 and 

˝LOWER˝

 buttons are adjust. Confirm this Set-value 

temperature using the 

MODE

 button. 



The current temperature can be read on the display 

˝actual- value˝

 above.

Fill granules into the melting tank, if necessary. 



Turn the heater on (15). 



be sure to set the display to the desired set 

temperature as in 6.2. 



CAUTION:

 heating time takes about 6-10 min 



Set the feed rate to the feed adjustment control 

(14). 



You worry for clean roller and feed rollers. 



Measure and cut the edge material to the required 

length 10cm +5% and min. from. 



Run the edge material through the two feed rollers 

(8). 



Secure the edges widths limiter (9) and perform 

the edging material to the adhesive roll over.



With sample edges the set amount of glue can be checked.
