Step 2: Mount the machine base with 12 hexagon socket
screws (A, Fig.7).

Step 3: Fit the 2 castor wheels (Fig.8) to the front castor
bracket using the cap screws and washers.
Step 4: Fit the 2 rigid castors (Fig.8) to the front castor
bracket using the screws and washers..

Step 5: Mount the front and rear castor brackets to the
machine base (Fig.9).
Step 6: Bolt the front and rear castor brackets together
using the connecting rod (Fig.9).

Step 7: Adjust machine base (Fig.10) to the desired
height.

Step 8: Lift the surface and thickness planer onto the
machine base (Fig.11) with the help of a se-
cond person.
