Transport, packaging, storage
5.1 Delivery and transport
Delivery
After delivery, check the planer for visible transport da-
mage. If you discover any damage to the planer, report
it immediately to the transport company or dealer.
Transport
Transport with a forklift/lift truck:
After assembly on a pallet, the planer can be transpor-
ted with a forklift truck or a lift truck.
5.2 Packaging
All packaging materials and packaging aids used by
the planer are recyclable and must always be recycled.
The films are made of polyethylene (PE) and the pad-
ding parts of polystyrene (PS). You hand these materials
over to a recycling collection point or to the disposal
company responsible for you.
5.3 Storage
Store the planer thoroughly cleaned in a dry, clean and
frost-free environment. Cover the machine with a protec-
tive tarpaulin.

Keep the planer in a safe place so that it cannot be
operated by unauthorised persons and so that
nobody can injure themselves on the planer.
Do not store the machine unprotected outdoors or in
a humid environment.
