The window displays PROGRAM/SPEED, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE & PULSE.
PROGRAM/SPEED : At holding state, window will display P0~P12, P0 is “MANUAL

MODE.”,P1~P12 are “PROGRAM MODE”. During exercise, the Speed range is from 1.0 
km/h to 10km/h.
TIME: The TIME range is 0:00 ~99:59.
DISTANCE: The DISTANCE range is 0.0 ~99.9 km.
CALORIE: The CALORIE Range is 0 ~ 999.
PULSE: The Heart Rate range between 40 to 199. Window displays Heart Rate, when put
your both hands on the Heart Inductors located on the Handlebar during exercise.
