Assembly - Attaching the Blades

Attaching the fan blades

Attach a blade (F) to the fan-motor assembly (E) by inserting 
the blade (F) into the slots in the side of the fan motor housing 
and aligning the three screw holes in the blade with the holes 
in the center flywheel and secure with screws (AA).

 

Make sure all the screws are firmly tightened.

 

Repeat these steps for the remaining blades.

Assembly - Hanging the Fan (continued)

Mounting the fan-motor assembly 
(standard mount)

 

Align the locking slots of the canopy (C) with the two 
screws (DD) and alignment post (KK) in the mounting 
bracket (A).

 

Push up the canopy (C) and turn clockwise until the 
alignment post (KK) engage to the round hole and the 
screws (DD) engage to the key slots.

 

Firmly tighten the two mounting screws (DD).

 

Push up the canopy bottom cover (FF) until the screw 
(DD) heads engage to the slots on canopy bottom 
cover (FF) so that the magnetic canopy bottom cover 
(FF) can be attached to the bottom of canopy (C).

WARNING:

 When using the standard ball/downrod mounting, 

the tab in the ring at the bottom of the mounting bracket 

must rest in the groove of the hanger ball. Failure to properly 

seat the tab in the groove could cause damage to the wiring.
