Cleaning and care
WARNING: Electrical Shock Hazard.
If bread gets stuck during toasting, pull the plug from the power
socket first and leave the toaster to cool down. The toaster can be
turned upside down and shaken carefully in order to get the
bread out. If unsuccessful you may try to carefully manoeuvre the
bread out, but never use metal tools.
Do not put pieces of bread that are too large into the toaster as
they might get stuck.
Keep the appliance clean, wipe with a damp cloth. We
recommend that you do not use harsh detergent or abrasives.
You should clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
Don’t allow water to seep into the ventilation openings.
Do not allow the controls to become wet. Clean with a soft, damp
cloth. Do not use detergents, abrasives or spray-on cleaners on
the controls or outer casing.
