Before Use
Before using the Homegear Food Stand Mixer for the first time, remove all the packaging material and
stickers and wash all parts with warm soapy water, rinse, then dry thoroughly.
Before assembly ensure the speed control dial is turned to the off position.
Make sure the suction feet under the Homegear Food Stand Mixer are pushed down firmly to prevent it
from moving.
Using the Homegear Food Stand Mixer
1.
Add the required ingredients to the bowl and open the upper main body using the head –lift
leaver (see fig 1 and 2).

Place the mixing bowl on the base and turn it in an anticlockwise direction until it is fixed into
position (see fig 3).

If you wish to attach the splashguard push it onto the underside of the mixer head and turn anti-
clockwise to lock into position (see fig 4). Please note you do not need to remove the
splashguard to change tools.
