Pressed pulp contains a large amount of water.
During the first stages of pressing, the pulp may contain water.
The quality of ingredients may affect the consistency of pressed pulp. This applies in
particular to products that are not fresh, in such situations the juice contains more pulp.
Not possible to close the drum cover.
Make sure that the auger is pressed tightly towards the filter base. This allows the cover to
properly close.
It may also be troublesome to close the cover if the gap on the bottom of the auger is not
cleaned of leftover fruits or vegetables.
Abnormal sound during device operation.
Make sure that all the device components are properly connected. Try to reassemble the
device and check for abnormal sound once again.
Never use the juicer without any material loaded i.e. without any ingredients or liquid.
Turning the juicer on without any material may damage the auger.
Grinding sound coming from the filter and auger will cease after inserting materials into the
juicer.
If the sound persists even when materials are fed to the juicer, check the size of chunks.
When preparing materials try not to exceed 2.0 cm diameter for individual chunks. The
diameter of ingredients may be lower depending on the type of fruit or vegetable.
The device may operate more loudly when placed on a slope. Always place the juicer on an
even, flat surface.
Juicer suddenly stops working.
Check the power cable and make sure that it is properly connected.
Check if all the components are properly assembled.
Overloading the juicer may cause it to stop.
If the juicer stops due to overloading, press the switch in the following sequence: R (reverse)
button – OFF – ON (forward), repeat 2/3-times. The switch set to R causes the ingredients to
be forced back upwards. The switch set to ON causes the ingredients to be drawn into the
device.
If the juicer stopped working due to overload, leave it for 30 minutes to 2 hours to cool
down.
Remove hard stones from ingredients before introducing them into the device. Hard stones
may damage the juicer.
Juice container shakes during operation.
The auger and filter are responsible for cutting and pressing the materials, they are setup so
that their operation may cause vibrations.
The upper part may be subject to greater vibrations when ingredients with harder fibers are
introduced into the chute.
