Rear Wheel
Removal
1.
Support your vehicle securely and raise
the rear wheel off the ground using the
centre stand or a hoist.
2.
Remove the rear brake adjusting nut,
disconnect the brake rod from the brake
arm by pushing down on the rear brake
pedal.
3.
Disconnect the brake stopper arm from
the brake panel by removing the cotter
pin, stopper arm nut, washer and rubber
grommet.
4.
Remove the drive chain case.

5.
Loosen the drive chain lock nuts and drive
chain adjuster nuts on both sides of the
swingarm.
6.
Remove the rear axle nut while holding
the rear axle shaft at the other end with a
wrench.
7.
Remove the drive chain from the driven
sprocket by pushing the rear wheel
forward.
8.
Remove the rear axle shaft, rear wheel
and side collars from the swingarm.
