a.
Fuel tank
NOTE:
It is necessary to disconnect the card couplings in
order to remove the tank. On some models it may be
necessary to remove the card which is held by three
screws
[4].
1. Empty the fuel tank by removing the hose located on the
fuel filter [1] and remove the two fixing screws [3] after
disconnecting the electric cables from the gauge
[2].
b. Dashboard
1. Use a 5 mm diameter pin drift to drive out the pin [5] and
remove the steering wheel. Then, remove the gear lever
[6] with a wrench (up to serial n° 8700011).
From serial n° 8700012, just unscrew the knob on the gear
lever.
NOTE:
On hydrostatic drive models, there is no gear lever.
2. Disconnect the end of the throttle cable from the engine,
disconnect all the electric connections and the choke cable
(if installed).
3. At this point it is possible to remove the dashboard which
is attached to the frame with four self-threading screws [7]
and [8]. On some models the screws [7] are covered by
plastic caps.
4. On re-assembly it is necessary to regulate the direction of
the small springs [9] in relation to the position of the hood
to ensure that it hooks on.
