(White/Black) terminal of the alternator
4P connector and the engine ground.

switch ON?
Replace or repair the wire harness (Open in
the wire between the alternator and the igni-
tion switch).

Check for open circuit in the IG line.
1 Turn the ignition switch OFF and discon-
nect the alternator 4P connector.
2 Measure the voltage between the No. 2
(Yellow/Red) terminal of the alternator 4P
connector and the engine ground.
Is there the battery voltage with the ignition
switch ON?
Replace or repair the wire harness (Open in
the wire between the alternator and No. 5
fuse).
